Roofline & edges
Follow the shape of your house.
Use outdoor strip lighting to trace an edge or eave. Measure each continuous run before choosing a kit.
H6173 and H6175 outdoor strips are part of our eave and horizontal house lighting.

Bring the display into the yard.
Choose a landscape area or path as your next layer. Different fixtures create different effects, so start with the space you want to highlight.
Our front flower bed uses H7086 garden lights; our pathways include H7052 ground lights.
Cabinets & shelves
Make everyday rooms part of it.
You can start inside. Room accents, cabinets, and bookshelves give you places to explore color without planning a whole exterior display.
Our home uses COB Strip Light 2 and H61F5 for indoor accents, including lighting around cabinets and bookshelves.
Music & control
Add music control when you're ready.
Once you have chosen your lights, look at how you want to control them. A controller is an addition to compatible lighting, not a complete display on its own.

Another net above the garage
We added another net light above the garage, bringing another layer of color to the front of the house.
All four tombstones are running
All four tombstones are now set up and working. Their WS2811 12mm bullet lights use an SP107E controller and an SP901E data splitter, with a 3.5mm audio feed from our WiiM Mini group.
Four blacklight floods on the porch
Four XYCN 200W blacklight floods, model Black-200w-4, now accent the porch. They bring out the green glow of the fabric and skeletons against the purple-lit entryway.
Beyond the catalog
Sound brings
another dimension.
Moving-head effects operate alongside the Govee lighting layer, not through the Govee app.
Supporting show hardware
4 × 60W XPC moving-head stage lights
Four moving-head fixtures are mounted on a rail above the dining window; an onboard microphone drives sound-active behavior and DMX synchronizes the four fixtures together.
